I'm Dr. Diana McConnell, the owner and operator of Mecano's Mobile Notary. Welcome to my professional notary services page. I am so grateful for your visit. If you choose to use my notary services, I will be honored to provide you the best, and most accurate service possible.
My Story
I earned my Bachelor's (BM) in Music Education and Master's (MM) in Orchestral Conducting the University of Texas at El Paso, and my Doctorate (DMA) in Music Education from the University of Southern California in 1997, 2002, and 2012, Respectively. For twenty-five years, I was a certified music teacher in both the state of Texas and California. Unfortunately, due to a COVID-related disability, I have been unable to teach for the past few years leading me to find a new career. I have always been interested Notary services and love to be of service. I earned my California Notary Commission, National Notary Association Loan Signing Certification, and Fingerprinting Agent Certification in 2024.

With my background in rigorous higher education, I can provide you with comprehensive and meticulous Notary Services. As a mobile notary, I will travel to a location that helps make your notary signing needs as easy as possible. I look forward to assisting you in all your Notary and Live Scan Needs.
